A trailer for the documentary Kidnapped for Christ, about teenagers who were sent to an American-run evangelical Christian reform school in the Dominican Republic (Found at Joe. My. God.)

This is disgusting - I’ve heard of these reform camps before, and I can’t believe they exist. How is it not illegal to transport US citizens to a foreign country against their will? I understand that they’re underage, but don’t child protection laws count for something? The parents should be prosecuted for abuse.
